Stars of Erin GAA Club was formed in November 1903 by Paddy Maguire, Tom O’Toole, Tom Cannon and Tom Butler and is one of the oldest GAA clubs in Dublin.

Stars of Erin are located on Ballybrack Road, Glencullen in the Dublin Mountains. It is less than a minute drive from Johnnie Foxes Pub, and 5 minutes from Stepaside Village.

In June 2005, Stars of Erin officially played their first match in their current home. In 2016, the Dublin Mountain Community Centre was opened and is home of Stars of Erin. It is located at the pitch in Glencullen.
